Apollo Bot is a powerful Discord bot designed to help you manage your server with ease. With a wide range of features and commands, Apollo is the perfect choice for server owners who want to take their server to the next level. ### Features Apollo Bot comes equipped with a variety of features to help you manage your server, including: * **Advanced giveaway system:** Easily manage giveaways with a range of options for your needs. * **Global AFK:** Set a global AFK status for your server members with a customizable message. * **Message counter:** Keep track of message counts for each user and channel on your server. * **And much more!** ### Getting Started To start using Apollo Bot on your server, simply invite it by using the invite link provided below. {% embed url="" %} After inviting, you can use the `help / a!help` command to see a list of available commands and get started with server management. # Basic configuration Some configurations which are necessary for the basic functions of Apollo. ### Invite Apollo to your server: {% embed url="" %} ### Quicksetup some configurations #### Step 1 - Triggers > This will set `g!end`, `!gend`, `g!reroll`, `!greroll` astriggers. > > You can add/remove triggers using `a!trigger add [trigger]` or `a!trigger remove [trigger]`. #### Step 2 - Win messages > This will set **Congratulations, `{winner(username)}`! You have `{claim_time}`to claim!** as the win message. > > You can change it anytime using `a!winmsg set [message]`. Checkout a!vars to check the variables you can use. #### Step 3 - Claim time > This will set 10 seconds to claim for everyone as default. You can add claim time to a role using `a!claimtime add [role_id] [time]`. > > Please note that the total claim time of a member will be the SUM of ALL the claim times of each of the member's roles. So if you have a special role to get Members 13 seconds, add 3s claim time to that role. # Claimtime In this page, you will learn the basics of claimtime and its usage. ## What is claimtime ? > Whenever you host a giveaway using apollo, each user is given a set "claimtime" i.e the time that they have to claim the "set prize". Using apollo's advanced claimtime manager helps you to give extra claim time to set users/roles. In this section we will go through the details of the claimtime. > > Please refer to the [**overrides**](/guides/overrides) section if you are not familiar with it as claimtime uses overrides. ## Subcommands for the Claimtime Module ### `a!claimtime` > This command checks the claimtime for a user or a role. It gives the claimtime for a role and it gives the total claimtime for a user.

### Admin commands for the Claimtime Module ### `a!claimtime-admin add` (`/claimtime-admin add`) > This command adds or updates a specific amount of time (claimtime) to the role mentioned. Use `s` for seconds, `m` for minutes and `h` for hours. {% hint style="warning" %} This only works for roles and cannot be set for specific users {% endhint %}

### `a!claimtime-admin remove` (`/claimtime-admin remove`) > This command removes the claimtime set for that particular role. Once this command is used on a role, the whole claimtime is deleted for that specific role completely.
### `a!claimtime-admin display (/claimtime-admin display)` > This command shows the configured claimtime for the roles in the server, however this command only shows the claimtime only for the configured roles as shown below.
{% hint style="info" %} **Syntax usage:** `<>` = Required argument (mandatory and must be included) `[]` = Optional argument (not necessary to be included) {% endhint %} # Message Counter In this page, you will learn the detailed usage of the message counting feature. ## What is message counter? > This module of apollo lets users track messages on their discord server. Apollo has a very customisable and advanced message tracking system. This module in any way does not track or store your messages in a database. You can also disable this command for yourself if you wish your messages not be counted by apollo.
{% hint style="warning" %} Message Counter is disabled by default for your server, use **a!messages enable** to start counting messages in the server. {% endhint %} ## Subcommands for the Message Counter Module ### `a!messages (/messages)` > This command shows the number of messages that has been sent by the user. You can also use this command to check the message sent by other users in the server too by using **a!messages {@user}** or by using **a!messages {userID}.**
### Admin commands for the Claimtime Module ### `a!messages-admin ` / `/messages-admin ` > This command helps to enable or disable the message counting feature in your server, and as mentioned above by default the message counter is off for the given server.

### `a!messages-admin settings` / `/messages-admin settings` #### *Blacklist Mode* > In this mode, Apollo will blacklist the given channels where the messages will not be counted. But the messages in all the other channels will be counted as usual.

In the example shown above, we have set Apollo to ignore (blacklist) the **#rules** channel and any messages sent in that channel will not be counted. To add a channel to blacklist, just use the dropdown menu to select it. #### *Whitelist Mode* > In this mode, Apollo will whitelist the given channels where the messages will be counted. But the messages in all the other channels will not be counted.

In the example shown above, we have set Apollo to only count from the **#general** channel and any messages sent in that channel **only** be counted. To add a channel to whitelist, just use the dropdown menu to select it. {% hint style="info" %} You can add multiple channels to the blacklist or the whitelist. {% endhint %} ### `a!messages-admin add` / `a!messages-admin remove` > This command lets you add or removes messages for a particular user or yourself. Note that this feature can only used by administrators of a server.

{% hint style="warning" %} Removing messages greater than the messages a user has will reset their message count back to **zero** and not any negative integer. {% endhint %} ### `a!messages-admin reset` This command allows you to reset the messages of a particular user in your server.

#### `a!messages-admin reset-all` This command allows you to reset the messages of everyone in your server to **0**. The bot will ask for a confirmation before proceeding.
### `a!leaderboard` / `a!lb` / `/leaderboard` This command shows the messages sent by everyone from greatest to the least. This command uses pagination so you can scroll through through multiple pages to check the message counts.

Once this command is executed, apollo sends all the configurations set in your server. This command shows your triggers, winner messages and giveaway configurations. It also lets you enable webhook mode which is completely customisable like the webhook avatar and username. In short this command is the **control panel** for your server. ## Sub commands (buttons) for the Config Module ### Triggers > Pressing this button will show all the trigger messages that will trigger apollo to send a particular win message. ### Win Message > Pressing this button will show the winner message that has been set on the server. This menu also lets you enable/disable the win message. As you know apollo has a very sophisticated and advanced giveaway system. This page will walk through each and every command in detail so you can use the most out of apollo giveaway system. ## Giveaway Management Commands ### `a!wins` > This command shows the amount of win counts of giveaways hosted in the particular server and in all the servers apollo is in. In addition to the count, this command also shows what prize has been won by that particular user.
### `a!glist` > This command shows all the active and ended giveaways in the particular server across all channels. This command also shows other information like giveaway host, giveaway winner of ended giveaways, and the channel the giveaway is in.
This command sends a button to view all the giveaways in paginator (page embed) form, as shown above. ### `a!gwin-role` / `/gwin-role` > This command shows the roles that are to be added to the winner after they have won a giveaway. a!winrole set adds a new role to be added to the winners whereas a!winrole remove will delete the role to be added to winners.
## Giveaway Host Commands ### `a!gcreate` > This command can be used to start a giveaway step-by-step and also add requirements in detail. You can add requirements like account age, user must not have won any giveaways before, must've sent `` amount of messages, etc.,

Apollo will send a panel like this at first, you can configure everything from here

**Adding requirements:**

you will be shown a variety of options from which you can choose from. a detailed info about each requirement is listed below

> * Message count: Participant must have sent `x` amount of messages to enter the giveaway. > * Joined days: Participant must have stayed in the server for `x` amount of days. > * Account age: Participant's discord account must be `x` amount of days old. > * Role: Participant must have a specific role (say `@supporter`) in the server. > * Not role: Participant must NOT have a specific role (say `@giveaway banned`) in the server. > * No win: Participant must NOT have won any giveaways in the server. > * Bypass: Participant with a specific role (say `@booster`) can bypass all requirements if any. **Setting basic info for the giveaway:** > To setup basic info like giveaway name, number of winners and duration click on the "Edit" button in the message and you will be prompted with a pop-up (or modal). You can fill it up and click submit to end the giveaway creation process.

After setting everything you can click on the "Start Giveaway" button to start the giveaway.
